Mumbai: Heavy rain isolated recorded in several parts of Mumbai, Thane and Kalyan on Tuesday morning, leading to IMD to increase the warning from yellow to orange, and issue a red warning for Palghar, Raigad.
The yellow warning shows heavy rain in isolated and orange places showing weight until very heavy rain in isolated places is very possible.
