GUWAHATI: Weather conditions have been put to turn favourable from the area for the monsoon to install.

As of Mondaythe hottest meteorological condition signals that the southwesterly winds can strengthen further slowly from June 1, leading to the possible improvement of rain activity over Kerala.
The Met office saidthat the monsoon onset over Kerala is very likely to occur around June 3.
Quantitatively, to the nation as a whole, the monsoon rain is very likely to be 100 percent.
At the previous 24 hours, Arunachal Pradesh obtained mild to moderate rain at several areas with heavy rain at remote regions.
Assam and Meghalaya got mild to moderate rain at most areas with exceptionally heavy rain at William Nagar.
The meteorological sub-division of NMMT (Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura) obtained mild to moderate rainfall in some locations during the time.
“Under the effect of the current weather programs, the NE area is very likely to witness mild to medium rain at many to many areas and isolated heavy to very heavy rain with isolated exceptionally heavy rain in Meghalaya in the subsequent 24 hours until Tuesday morning,” that the Met officer said.
