NEW DELHI: Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR) obtained heavy rain followed by thunder, lightning and also high-speed breeze about midnight, bringing respite from the searing heat.
Some sections of the federal capital observed light rain on Tuesday too.

The IMD had called’very mild rain’ or’thundershowers’ from Monday to Wednesday.
