Noida: After starting a complaint complaint mechanism for residents of urban villages and apartment complexes, Noida authorities on Thursday announced that he would start Helpdesk to sort out the problem of farmers now.
The authority said that a single window helpdesk would be established at the authority and it will operate from Friday.
Officers about special tasks (land) have been made by Nodal officers.
Every day of officials posted in the land division must dedicate an hour to listen to farmers who come to authority with problems.
Public hearing will be carried out between 10am and 11 am every day on all working days.
Officials say that the problem will be disposed of in a certain period of time.
The farmers will submit their complaints to the Land Department alone and support from other departments will be searched if needed.
“We often have to run away from one part to another with our problems.
One window to take all our complaints will be useful,” said Nitin Yadav, a resident of Baduli Khadar.
