The beginning of Lifesangavi completed his initial education from a government school in Tamil media.
In 2018, he received 875/1200 in the XII examination of his class to become a student of the highest score schedule at his school.
With a plan to pursue higher education, Sangavi submitted a request for a case certificate (CC), but the problem from the official end caused delays in the same publication.
Sangavi’s father used to work on a farm, producing Rs 1500-2000 every week.
“Last year, one day he just fainted and died, who was then associated with a heart attack,” Sangavi said.
His mother suffered a visual impairment, because his family’s income was reduced in Rs 1000 provided by the Government of TN to the family below the poverty line (BPL).
History of his family, along with the general health crisis in his small village, without medical facilities, made his determination to become a medical professional.
Assistance from social workers
A group that tends to socially help Sangavi overcome obstacles in achieving his dream.
“A group of social workers came to our village and found our situation.
One of them became my guardian and helped me get my cc.
He also helped sponsor my reception and stayed at the Net Training Academy, which was about 55 km from my village,” said Sangavi.
Cracking NEET.
Because of the pandemic, Sangavi can accept formal neet coaching for four months.
“In 2020, I took coaching in November and December, while in 2021, I took coaching in August and September.
Given the previous achievement by St.
Candidate, I hope my score in 202 will help me get into the Government Medical College , “he said.
Overcoming Challenges.
Sangavi said that his family’s financial condition had become one of his biggest challenges.
“If not for social workers and organizations, I will never be able to solve Neet,” he said.
While attending Netet training, Sangavi was part of a group of students from various backgrounds.
“Initially, it was a challenge to be part of a mixed group.
I decided to subdue my head and concentrate on learning.
The rest is not a problem,” he said.
Social workers also help get care for his mother, which acts as a big moral booster for Sangavi.
“After three operations, my mother could finally see a little, which was another dream came true,” he said.
Road ahead
Sangavi was the first girl from her village to finish school and headed to reach higher education.
“I want to be a liver specialist.
One of my biggest sources of happiness is inspired by my trip, some other children from the village I have taken back into school at various levels.
I hope they are all the best,” he said.
