Patna: Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on Tuesday urged the States to contribute to Bihar State Ex-Services Benevolent funds to facilitate rehabilitation and other welfare works for our dashing soldiers.
“Your contribution will be gratitude for our brave warriors,” Nitish said as he appealed to residents on the occasion of the armed forces flag day.
Earlier that day, the Secretary of the Head of the Additional State (House) Chaitanya Prasad called for CM in the last residence on the occasion of the armed forces flag day.
CM makes some contributions in Benevolent Ex-Services funds.
CM also expressed his respect for the country’s soldiers.
Second secretary CM Deepak Kumar and Chanchal Kumar, Secretary of Jitendra Shrivastava, Secretary CM Anupam Kumar and OSD Gopal Singh were also present on that occasion.
