Ranchi: The state cabinet on Friday cleared the walls to the commissioning of this 100-MW floating solar panel power at the Getalsud Dam around the outskirts of Ranchi.
When commissioned, it’ll be a one-of-its-kind solar energy generation plant from the united states.
The cupboard gave a post facto approval to the state health department’s suggestion to offer another monthly honorarium to physicians, nurses and health workers that take part with Covid-19 obligation.
Contrary to expectations, but the cabinet didn’t take up the suggestion to inform Mucormycosis within an epidemic disease.
The cabinet also approved the state electricity department’s proposal to get a one time settlement of their outstanding power statements of Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited’s (JBVNL) national clients in rural locations.
The acceptance of this proposal will allow the rural users to cover their outstanding power bills in four instalments.
But they’ll be exempted from paying for the delayed payment surcharge (DPS).
In a second decision, the ministerial council declared the state division of college instruction and literacy’s proposition to increase the yearly remuneration of hamburgers and sahayikas involved in the Centre’s mid-afternoon meal programme in the state-run colleges to Rs 2,000.
Before, the cooks and also sahayikas have been paid an annual remuneration of Rs 1,500.
The ministerial council announced a proposition to levy a nominal postage duty of Re 1 in street sellers who would like to avail cheap loans below the Centre’s PM-Svanidhi Scheme.
The cabinet accepted the country excise division’s proposal that allows private players in wholesale and pruning of accredited state spirits, IMFL, sterile spirits, beer and wine along with the state-owned and functioned Jharkhand State Beverage Corporation Limited (JSBCL).
JSBCL was into wholesale and stocking of spirits since its creation in 2010.
