Chandigarh: The Punjab High Court and Haryana observed on Tuesday that freedom of speech was a fundamental right and made the foundation for strong democracy as given by Jind-based farmers, Dalbir Singh, who was imprisoned for suspicions to make comments about the social media Minister Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar.
