High Court to Hire Hybrid Systems Hearing Cases

Prasagraj: The High Court of Allahabad on Monday decided that it would hire a hybrid system of hearing cases where the lawyer would have the option to perform well through video conferencing or physically.
Aarlier, the highfunctioning high court, has decided on January 2 that it will Hearing cases through virtual mode only from January 3, both in Allahabad and Lucknow, given the increase in Covid-19 cases in Uttar Pradesh.
However, on Monday the High Court decided to shift from hybrid mode to hybrid mode after the lawyer protested the court’s decision to go completely virtual.
On Monday, in additional modalities and settings released by the Registrar General of the Allahabad High Court, Ashish Garg, has been clarified that only new cases will be listed to hear in court, it is also, in a limited amount.
