ThiruvananThapuram: All institutions of higher education, including technical, polytechnic and medical, will be permitted to operate from October 4 and so on for students in the past year, Chief Minister Kerala Pinarayi Vijayan said on Tuesday.
However, the main minister said that the re-elancis of the institution would be subject to conditions that all students last year, faculty and staff received at least the first dose of vaccination.
