Hijab Row: Beauty is not meant to be hidden, said Kerala Governor

Thiruvananthapuram: Even when the hijab line made ripples throughout the country, Governor Arif Mohammed Khan said that history showed Muslim women against the headscarf even at the time of the Holy Prophet, and argued that the beauty was not intended to be hidden.
Responding to the problem in New Delhi on Friday, the governor referred to a story from Islam to justify his view.
