He said that inflation was a problem not only at Himachal Pradesh or India but throughout the world and Congress used it as the biggest weapon in a campaign campaign.
He said that the wave of sympathy for late Virbhadra Singh also played a major role because the Congress took the lead in Rampi, Kinnaur, Bharmur and other tribal areas.
