Himachal CM pays tribute to cargent martyrs

Shimla: Head of Minister of Himachal Pradesh Jai Ram Thakur led the function of the Gaiety Theater, Shimla on Monday and gave awards to cargil war martyrs.
He said that “the cargil war is a symbol of the courage and courage of the Indian soldiers and today Gargil Vijay Diawas, we salute the brave army from our armed forces.” Jai Ram Thakur said the story of this victory was written 22 years ago at the top of the cargil and will motivate future generations.
Himachal CM said that in 1999 after Pakistan intruders infiltrated the top of India, Indian soldiers initiated Vijay’s operations against them on May 8, 1999.
He said that the victory achieved during Vijay was victory.

He said that those who maintain the life of future generations are always remembered for them.
During the 527 war of Soldiers Braves Martyred and more than 1300 were injured.
Himachal Pradesh is known as VIR Bhumi and always follows the tradition of courage and sacrifice, said the minister’s chairman.
He said that of the 527 Martyred soldiers during the Cargil War, 52 Martyrs came from Himachal Pradesh and out of the four Vird VIR Chakra two winners from the country.
Captain Vikram Batra is one of the Braveheart of Himachal Pradesh’s Palampur who sacrificed his life for the country.
He said that Hawaldar Sanjay Kumar from the Bilalaspur district was also respected with VIR Chakar Param, for his galantry during the Cargil War.
Jai Ram Thakur said that it was a big pride problem for Himachal Pradesh which until now the country has received 1,096 galantry awards and 1,246 state troops have made the highest sacrifice for the country.
He said that the RS Lima Lakh was given to family members from 52 Martyred soldiers during the Cargil War and 12 soldiers with more than 50 percent disability provided with the Ex-Gratia Hospital Rs 2.5 lakh grant.
He said that six warriors like that with disability less than 50 percent were granted ex-gratia rupees one lakh.
Of the 52 Martyrs families, one member of each of the 44 families has been given a job and 9 disabled soldiers have also provided jobs.
He said that under the special scheme of the Ministry of Petroleum and Gas, the provisions provide gas stations and gas agencies have been made for the dependents of the Martyred army of the Cargil War and other military operations.
About 28 dependents of the Martyred army have been given gas agents and gas stations through the Department of Food and Civil supplies in the state.
In addition, some of the former Gratia grants were provided by the state government to respond to war martyrs and martyrs from other military operations.
Previously, the minister’s chairman also respected the family members of the Cargil War Martyrs.
