Shimla: A 57-year-old man was killed and other injured in a landslide triggered by illegal sand mining in bathing district on Friday, said a state disaster management official.
Nand Lal died around 11 o’clock in the morning in a landslide caused by illegal sand mining in his Fhirnu village in Karsog Tehsil, he added.
Other men, Krishan Ram, who came from the village, were also ongoing injuries in the incident, the official said.
Krishhan shifted to Indira Gandhi Medical College (IGMC) hospital in Shimla, he added.
