‘Hindutvavadi bathes alone in Ganga’: Rahul’s Barb at PM Modi Sower in Varanasi

New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi launched a spicy attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi because he again triggered a debate “Hindu vs Hindutvavadi” in Uttar Pradesh.
Rahul handles a general meeting at Amethi, his former constituents, after participating in “BJP Bhagao, Mehangai Hato” ‘Padyatra’ as part of the National Congress Party ‘Jan Jagran Abhiyan’ national campaign.
The Congress leader focused his attack on the prime minister’s visit recently to Varanasi where he took holy sauce in Ganges, said that while “a Hindutvavadi bath alone, a Hindu shower with Crores of People.
“A ‘Hindutvavadi’ bathes alone in Ganga, while a Hindu shower with Crores of People …
Narendra Modi said he was a Hindu, but when he protected the truth? He asked people to get rid of covid …” Rahul said.
He said that it was the first time he saw someone swimming in the ganga alone.
“For the first time I saw only one person bathing in Ganga, Yogi Ji had been removed, Rajnath Singh was absent …,” said Congress Parliament from Wayanad.
Rahul called Mahatama Gandhi the best example of “a Hindu” and said that a Hindu was someone who followed the path of truth and never gave up to be afraid or turned it into violence or anger.
“Mahatma Gandhi spent his entire life to understand the truth and then [Nathuram] Godse – ‘Hindutvavadi’.
No one calls it [Godse] A Mahatma because he kills a Hindu who always speaks the truth …
Bese is a coward …
He can’t face his fear, “he added.
The former President of the Congress also ripped into the BJP government in the state and the center of development problems, by saying that unemployment and inflation were two major questions owned by PM Modi and the Chairman of the Minister of Yogi Adyityath did not want to overcome.
“Middle-class people and poor people are influenced by some decisions taken by PM, which also results in large-scale unemployment.
Demonnetization, GST involved incorrectly, no assistance during the Covid crisis is the main reason for unemployment in India,” he said.
The Congress has launched the “Jan Jagran Abhiyan” on November 14 to “expose” to manage the economy by the center.
In particular, Gandhi visited Amethi after almost two and a half years.
Rahul has represented Amethi, Nehru-Gandhi’s family fortress, for 15 years in Lok Sabha.
He struggled from two constituencies in 2019 and was defeated at Amethi but won from Wayanad in Kerala.
Rahul was also accompanied by his sister and National Secretary General of Congress Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.
The visit of Congress leaders came to explore the polls scheduled to be held early next year.
In the election of the 2017 assembly, BJP won the landslide victory to win the assembly chair 312.
The party gained a vote share of 39.67 percent in the election for the assembly of 403-member.
Samajwadi Party (SP) bagged 47 seats, BSP won 19 while the Congress could win only seven seats.
