Patna: CM Nitish Kumar and his cabinet colleagues on Friday declared their personal assets and liabilities.
The Nitish government has made it mandatory for all cabinet ministers to express their assets and liabilities on the last day of each calendar year.
In accordance with the disclosure, some ministers are richer than cm.
Interestingly, Nitish’s son, Nishant was also richer than his father, mainly because of the nature inherited from his dead mother.
Nishant’s mother is a teacher at a government school.
In accordance with the disclosure carried out by CM on the Department of the Cabinet Secretariat Department, Nitish has a total moving property that is worth around RS16.51 Lakh, while his son has a moving property worth around RS163.79 Lakh.
While the total assets were unshakable Nitish worth RS58.85 Lakh, his son had non-moving assets worth around RS198.69 lakh.
CM only has one flat housing in cooperative housing communities in Dwarka in New Delhi, while his son has a farm and residential house in Kalyan Bigha, the essence of the Nalanda District) and Kankarbagh on Patna.
According to the declaration, Nitish does not have an agricultural land on its name.
But his son has a farm in Kalyan Bigha.
Nishant also has non-agricultural land there.
Nitish also has 13 cows with nine calves worth RS1.45 lakh.
While CM has a total RS 42,763 stored in three different bank accounts in Patna and Delhi, his son has more than RS99 Lakh in a permanent deposit, RS 28 Lakh in a PPF account and RS 56,000 in his savings account.
