Chandigarh: Former Head of Ministers and Opposition Leader Bhupinder Singh Hooda has announced to start ‘Vipaksh Aapke Samaksh’ from Karna on October 10, on the second-year completion of the BJP-JJP government to establish direct communication with the community.
He said the opposition would go among people and listen to the pain and their problems and would raise their voices from the way to Vidhan Sabha.
Overcoming a press conference at Chandigarh’s official residence, Hooda said that the decision was taken at the Congress legislative party meeting on Wednesday.
“Congress is the only opposition party in the Haryana Assembly today, while the other parties support the government or do not have representatives in the Assembly.
Therefore, it is our responsibility to go among people and become his voice,” he said.
The former minister said the opposition would go to every corner of the state to the upcoming assembly session and will discuss the country’s level and local problems in detail with the people.
“These problems of these people will be raised at home with full preparation and coalition governments will be forced to fulfill their promises,” he said.
In the first phase of the ‘Vipksh Aapke Samaksh’ program, the opposition leader will go to all districts and in the second phase there will be public interaction at the assembly level.
