Mumbai: The decision holding hands under age and claimed to love itself did not number sexual harassment, the Special Pocso court freed a 28-year-old man who had been ordered and arrested after he applied for a 17-year-old girl.

Pocso (Child protection of sexual Offenseness Act, 2012) stated that there was no evidence to show that the defendant had sexual intentions.

The court also said that there was no Cogent evidence to determine that the defendant in this case had used a criminal power with a view to anger at the simplicity of the little girl.
“Considering evidence on the record, I found that prosecution had not been able to bring evidence to prove a reasonable doubt that the defendant had taken action as a suspicion.
Therefore, the defendant has the right to the benefits of doubts and subsequently for his release,” the court said in his ruling in this issue.
