Holding minor hand is not sexual abuse: court pocso

Mumbai: The verdict holding a small hand and claimed to love itself did not number sexual abuse, a special Pocso court released a 28-year-old man who was ordered and arrested after he applied for a girl, 17, in 2017.
The court argued that there was no evidence for Indicates that the defendant has sexual intentions.
It also observed that there was no evidence that he constantly followed an underage child or realized he was in an isolated place.
It was said there was no bad evidence to determine that the defendant used the criminal power with the intention to be angry at the courtesy of minors.
“Considering evidence about the record, I found that the prosecution had not been able to bring evidence to prove a reasonable doubt that the defendant had taken action as a suspicion.
Therefore, the defendant has the right to the benefits of doubts and subsequently due to his release,” he said.
