Bhubaneswar: Komisionce police on Thursday suspended the house keeper after the video allegedly showed that he attacked a small tea seller in the Kesura area, here, going viral.
A k balis, the house keeper, is the driver of the police control room van (PCR).
On Tuesday, during the locking patrol, Bal Bal and three police officers reached the tea kiosk and found a 15-year-old boy doing business past 1pm closing time.
Instead of imposing a fine, bismal allegedly kicked the boy and stole milk and bread from his shop.
“I asked him to avoid me and instead took a fine.
But he brutally attacked me.
My father was sick, so I had to open a shop.
I sold milk to meet the needs.
But the house keeper was cruel.
Other people who attended Van PCR did not come to save I.
They took the milk package and bread from our store, “the boy told the media.
Deputy Commissioner of Police of Uma Shankar Dash said the disciplinary action was taken against the Van PCr driver.
