New Delhi: The Delhi Court on Saturday expressed displeasure when the singer and actor Bollywood Yo Darling did not appear before in cases of violence in the household submitted to Him by his wife, said that no one was on the law.
Metropolitan Magistrate Tania Singh said, “Nothing on the law.
Surprised to see how this case is considered so light.” The court then rebuked his lawyer for the same thing and noted that he had not submitted his income affidavit and was not prepared with the argument.
Giving Singh One last chance to appear in front of him, the court asked him not to repeat the behavior again.
Singh, through his lawyer Ishan Mukherjee, has moved applications that seek exceptions from appearing physically before the court, quoting medical reasons.
During hearing, wife Singh Shalini Talwar broke down in the courtroom and said he gave him her husband 10 years old, but he had left him.
“I left without choice.
I gave him 10 years.
I stood beside him.
He left me,” Talwar said.
For this, the judge said he was worried about his mental well-being.
“What do you want from the court now? What stage is the marriage? Where does love disappear?” The judge asked.
Meanwhile, Mukherjee told the court that the family of Singh was ready to accommodate him and he could come to stay at his in-laws’ house in 15 days.
He added that Talwar had taken all valuables with him, including jewelry.
Talwar has submitted a request, through Advocates Sandeep Limb, Senior Partner Karanjawala & Co, looking for protection against suspicion of atrocities carried out by Singh and his family members.
Allegedly that Singh and his family criminally intimidated him and caused his enormous emotional trauma throughout them for 10 years of marriage.
He said he experienced many physical, verbal and mental incidents by him and looked for Rs 20 Crore as compensation under the protection of women from the domestic violence law.
