HONG KONG: Hong Kong authorities have banned following month’s vigil indicating Beijing’s fatal Tiananmen Square crackdown, organisers said Thursdaythat the next year in a row which police have denied permission.
The Hong Kong Alliance, which has been organised the yearly vigil for over three decades, delivered a brief statement to colleagues confirming authorities had denied permission and a lengthier reply could be issued soon.
