New Delhi: The Delhi government Wednesday told Delhi the High Court that Hookah herbal services were permitted at the bar which was subject to compliance with the appropriate Covid-19 protocol and other related conditions.
Delhi government adviser Santosh Kumar Tripathi told Justice V Kameswar Rao that the applicant’s case, restaurant owner-cum-bar, challenged the ban on Hookah’s Herbal service covered by orders authorized by Delhi Disaster Management Authority on February 4, who had been permitted bars and restaurants To operate at 50% seating capacity.
Advice stated that the applicant had to give a business to court that they would strictly follow the appropriate behavior of Covid-19 while serving Hookah Herbal in terms of the court order passed in November last year.
The Petitioner argues that the authorities who disrupt sales and service barriers are a stretch of obstacles in restaurants breaking Article 14 and 19 (1) (g) the constitution.
