NOIDA: Around 150 residents of Jaypee Wish Town on Thursday to protest against the developers as they often do community maintenance charges.
A citizen should be taken to the hospital for examination Jaypee after he complained of difficulty in breathing when guards tried to remove the protesters.
Residents demanded immediate deterioration of the increase in maintenance costs collected from December 2021 as well as additional costs imposed on service electricians, plumbers and sweeper during each visit.

“About 150 residents held a Dharna at Jaypee FMG Office in Sector 128 against the increase which often occurs in community maintenance costs.
This is because we do not get the facility in lieu of the increase in costs,” said Prashant Arora, a resident of Kosmos complex.
“In February 2021, hiked maintenance costs.

So in eight months, they have increased the cost of treatment twice,” he added.
Residents held a similar protest on Saturday and Monday, where the local MLA Tejpal Nagar came and gave a builder until Wednesday to reverse the charges.
“But they refused to do so,” said Arora.
In an email to residents, developers facility management group Jaiprakash Associates Limited, however, explained that there will be no setbacks allegations, relating to the increase in maintenance expenditures in the last two years “should be restored according to the agreement with the buyer”.
Residents reject the move and demanded a forensic audit of the books of the developer’s account.
