Ranchi: District Police have been looking for time to file a diary associated with a horse trading case where three people were arrested for being reported to be trying to transfer MLA to the opposition bench.
Special Public Prosecutor (ACB), a Kopta K, said, “During the three-person guaranteed petition accused of before, we have been looking for time to submit a diary case and proof memo.
The Special ACB Court has been fixed August 24 as the next hearing date.” Besides That, the case investigation officer said he could not prepare the diary because of his involvement with legal and order tasks.
In particular, the police have arrested three people – Abhishek Dubey, Amit Singh and Niwaran Prasad Mahto – from different places in July.
The police have also registered the case (159/2021) in this case with the Kotwali police station below 419, 420, 124 A, 120 B and 34 IPC, section 171 (b) of representation of the laws and parts of the people 8 and 9 prevention of law – – corruption, followed complaints by Congress MLA Anup Singh.
