JAIPUR: Rajasthan Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) is the participation of a close aide of BJP MP from Alwar at a significant recruitment scam working through a private company in Alwar’s ESIC hospital.
Based on ACB officials, the use of Kuldeep Yadav, private assistant to MP Balaknath is below scanner for demanding a discussion at the paychecks accepted by a Gujarat-based firm, MJ Solanki, by candidates to its recruiting of nursing and nursing assistants in the hospital.
“He’d demanded Rs 5 lakh in the officers of their MJ Solanki, that had been entrusted with the recruiting of esophageal staff in the hospital.

DG (ACB), BL Soni stated that the intelligence component of the agency had obtained advice concerning the random selection procedure from the recruitment of physicians and nursing assistants in the clinic.
“We sent a group to Alwar which camped there for many days after intensive intelligence preparation.
The group discovered that the officials of this company had been included demanding around Rs two lakh for recruitment Physicians and Rs 80,000for nursing assistants in the clinic,” he explained.
The ACB late on Thursday night detained filed accountable for MJ Solanki firm, Bharat Poonia, ” the corporation’s manager Kana Ram Choudhary, firm associate Manjal Patel, plus a nursing officer published in AIIMS Jodhpur, MahipalYadav.
As stated by the ACB, the accused took cash from many candidates to receive them contractual tasks in the hospital, then Mahipal Yadav had been also a native of Alwar and functioned as a conduit from the scam.
