Bengaluru: Hospital in Bengaluru who handles Covid-19 patients will be passed by the Hospital of Kauvy to acknowledge the efforts of frontline soldiers who have played a big role in the war against a pandemic.
The hospital organizes on July 31 an event called ‘critics’, which aims to facilitate all hospitals such as 300-pluses, he said in a statement.
This initiative will see ‘Kritagnya Ratha’, a specially designed vehicle, goes to each hospital to respect them with medals and quotes, he said.
The first of five vehicles was marked on Monday and they would cover all hospitals in the range of 12 days, the statement said.
This event has a blessing from the Indian Medical Association (IMA) and private hospitals and nursing house associations (Phan), he said.
The 12-day felicitation activity will lead to the ‘Kritage’ event on July 31 where the award for “the best medical innovation during the pandemic” will be given in two different categories (clinical and non-clinical).
Independent jury panel is being arranged to determine the winner.
In addition, scholarships will be given to schools / colleges from health care fighters who have lost their lives, while graduates will be assisted by work placement according to their qualifications, the statement said.
Scholarships will be worth RS two lakh per child and will be evaluated by an independent panel, stated.
