Ahmedabad: Disputes about organizing a small drink party are better encouraged by alcohol into the murderer’s anger, which causes the host to be shot dead.
The party where liquor was illegally consumed at the Pravin Maniya farmhouse in Sargasan Village in Gandhinagar on Friday night.
According to the Gandhinagar police, a man named Santosh Bharwad has received a minor injury.
Police said Bharwad had tried to prevent the murderer of Maniya, Jaydeep Sinh, from escaping from the farmhouse.
The police said Jaydeep Sinh’s accomplice was Tarunsinh Jhala.
Maniya is a resident of Siddhraj Z Plus Society near Infocity in Gandhinagar.
According to the police, eight friends gathered for Maniya’s party.
“During the illegal liquor party, Maniya and two of his friends had a dispute about having a better party, after which Maniya was shot by one of the friends,” said the Gandhinagar supervisor from Police Mayur Chavda.
“Both have been identified.
They are residents of Anand and Surendranagar.” Chavda said that the team was hunting and both will soon be in police custody.
Inspector of the Sector Police Office VII Gandhinagar, Dharmendra Chaudhari, said that the deceased had a valid liquor permit.
He said the condition of Bharwad was stable.
Liquor served at the party was purchased from the permit store and may be obtained with Meriya’s permission, Chaudhari said.
The police said that when a fight erupted, Jaydeep Sinh took out his revolver and shot Maniya’s chest.
The victim died in place.
The shooter and Jhala then managed to escape.
Maniya was taken to a local hospital where he was declared dead.
Police said that other friends had been detained and their interrogation had revealed the story.
At least four are arranged to be arrested under the ban on the ban.
Maniya, a land broker, has been contested as a Congress Congress candidate in the Bhavnagar District Panchayat Election.
