Hostel Ru was reopened, students were asked to follow the Covid norm

Jaipur: Rajasthan University Hostel reopened on Wednesday giving great assistance to students who have found it difficult to continue their studies.
University officials said students are now free to move to the hostel whenever they feel but must follow the guidelines issued by the administration.
There are seven hostels each for boys and girls on the university campus.
Apart from this, there are two hostels at Maharani College and each one in Commerce, Maharaja and Rajasthan Colleges.
According to the guidelines, one room for one student is the norm but can be shared if wide.
Norms make it mandatory for students to eat in their rooms.
The hostel will be given to students who are not residents of Jaipur.
Rajasthan University Hostel Chief Warden Rajesh Sharma said, “We are doing a surprise inspection at a different hostel.
We have bought a sanitiser machine, cleaning the tank, buying a new RO water system for cleanliness and has directed sanitation staff.
Our priority is to maintain a safe environment for Students.
“Union students have commended university officials to reopen the hostel.
NSUI spokesman Ramesh Bhati said students had suffered enough during the pandemic and with the situation became normal, students wanted to start with their studies.
Hostel is important especially for research on scholars who must depend a lot on the library.
UG students will soon be given in, but others can shift according to their convenience.
