Hotel Mysore raises food prices; blame fuel costs

MySuru: Hotels and restaurants have a price increase of snacks and drinks because of the increase in essential supply prices.
From coffee, tea, kashaya to masala popular sin and mini food, prices rise from 5% to 50%.
Many North Indian restaurants also increase prices.
It comes after fuel, LPG and raw material prices skyrocketing.
President of the Association of the Owner of Mysuru District C President C Narayana Gowda said, “We have increased the price of food goods with an average of 10%.

“This increase has been made both in South Indian restaurants and North India.
For example, the price of a mini dining previously Rs.30 to RS.35 has been upgraded to RS.40 – RS .45.
Masala Sin is now more expensive by 20%.
Previously every sin was appreciated by Rs 50 but today, this is Rs.60.
“The main Culprit is the increase in gasoline and diesel prices,” he said.
