Hours of sacks are appointed, commuters want Namma Metro until 12 am

Bengaluru: With the Night Scrapping Night Clock Government, Metro Passenger Namma wants BMRCL to extend operating hours.
Until Friday night there was a place at 10pm to 5 in the morning, and at this time Namma Metro operated the train from 6am to 10pm.
Many passengers urge BMRCL to run the train from 5am to midnight – like pre-covid time.
“Now that night has been pulled, it doesn’t make sense to stop the service at 10 pm,” said Aneesh Kumar, a techie.
“At present, we are forced to depend on taxi and autorickshaw who charge high tariffs.” BMRCL also does not operate additional services even during rush festivals.
Chennai Metro Rail, for example, trained trains from 5.30 am to midnight on Tuesday and Wednesday (2 and November 3) to facilitate people to leave the city for their hometown to celebrate Deepavali.
When contacted, a BMRCL official said he would immediately make a decision about extending timings.
There are no buses, daily commuters complain that there is an inadequate BMTC service after 8pm.
Ashwin J Kumar, a passenger said: “I took the BC7B bus (8 miles – byadarahalli) but the service dries up after 8pm.
Many passengers in the area like Andrahalli are struggling.
BMTC must continue the Metro BC7B feeder service and MF25.
Even those who have Bus bait was forced to pay a double fee by traveling to Andrahalli.
“BMTC officials said they would see this problem.
