NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Tuesday advised CBI it would be easier to withdraw its appeal from house-arrest arrangement of four TMC leaders at Narada situation since the issue is pending until the five-judge seat of Calcutta HC. Solicitor general Tushar Mehta stated that he can consult will CBI and also contact court about the issue. The SC nevertheless stated that it didn’t approve of their behavior of West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee and the country legislation minister in placing siege of the CBI office at Kolkata and also thronging the trial courtroom with fans.
