Greater Noida: Yamuna Expressway Authority plans to launch a housing plot scheme in sector 17 and 22D near the international airport that will come in the fight in October this year.
Officials have been told to find around 1,000 decent plots from 120 to 300 square meters in these two sectors.
Gnida also prepares to launch a built-up housing housing scheme in the XU 1, 2 and 3 sector in the middle of this month.
“The work is underway to find a plot for housing plot schemes in sector 17 and 22D from the Yamuna Expressway area.
The instructions have been given by the CEO to develop a scheme for the latest launch at the beginning of next month,” said an official from Yeida.
Gnida officials, meanwhile, said that their property department has made all preparations, including brochures, for housing housing schemes which are expected to be launched in mid-September.
For this, around 113 built-up buildings and plots, which were abandoned from previous allotments, have been identified by authorities in the Sector Xu 1, 2 and 3.
“around 12 200 square meters in Sector Xu 1, 16 building 120 square meters in the sector Xu 2, and 85 plots of 120 square meters in the XU 3 sector have been identified.
The cost of building 120 square meters will be around RS 58 lakh while the 200 square meter building will be around Rs 82 Lakh, “said an official.
“Allotment will be done on the basis of the first service coming.
Preferences will be given to choose to make payments at once.
There will also be an option to pay installments.
The applicant must submit a request by paying 10% of the total cost and only through the online application process,” he added.
While the link to submit a scheme will be available on the Gnida website, the applicant who managed to deposit 20% of the total amount within 60 days from the date of allotment.
