How do you count your fertile days?

It is common knowledge that women cannot get pregnant throughout the moon but only on certain days that support fertilization and conception.
The average menstrual cycle for a woman lasts 26-36 days and ‘fertile windows’, or days where the chances of pregnant are the highest, varies according to the length of the menstrual cycle.
When a girl hit puberty, ovaries release adult eggs every month which then moves the fallopi tube and this process is known as ovulation.
To prepare for eggs, the uterine layer thickens.
This happens so eggs can get nutrients and comfort if developed, i.e.
Pregnancy occurs.
However, if there is no conception that occurs, the egg degeneration and layer of the uterus are shown together with blood vessels.
This is a menstrual process that occurs every month in women if they are not pregnant.
Therefore, the ovary of the day released eggs and several days ahead of forming a fertile window.
The number of days depends on the length of the menstrual cycle.
Engaging in intimate relationships during this period is the best time to get pregnant.
How do you track?
Knowing when you ovulate is very helpful in terms of conception, because it allows you to have intimate relationships in the right days so that the chances of the highest conception and conditions for that are optimal.
Because there is almost no chance to get pregnant before or even twenty-four hours after the fertile window, you must pay attention to your cycle and calculate the fertile window accurately so you don’t miss it on the best days for conception.
Most people prefer to mark their period on the calendar to track.
At present, applications that keep track of your menstrual cycle and keep records of all other factors that might affect it is available for better results.
How to count your fertile days? Your day starts menstruation is the first day of your cycle and hence reference point for all calculations.
Depending on the length of your cycle, calculate your ovulation day which is located right in the middle of your cycle.
If a woman’s menstrual cycle is a conventional twenty-eight day cycle, the ovulation will occur right in the middle of the cycle on the fourteenth day.
Five days earlier will be the ninth day and the fertile window will then be considered from ninth until the fourteenth day.
The most fertile days are considered as three days that overtake ovulation day.
The ovulation day is also profitable for conception, but it should be noted that it is appropriate after twelve to twenty-four hours of ovulation, the chances of conception dropped to zero because the egg declined.
