Five hours have passed since he fainted during the Scuba diving training session.
Dr.
Ajit Kumar, who has a quick examination on the history of Ratheshesh diving, soon arrived with a diagnosis: Ratheshesh suffers from decompression disease — known as bends — occurs when inert gas in the body forms bubbles in a network of pressure variations while rising rapidly.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is the only treatment to save his life.
Ratheesh is the target of a series of sessions in the room where oxygen is used to reduce the size of the bubble and to eliminate it.
“After 48 hours he began to speak slowly,” said Dr.
Ajith.
It was a very important diagnosis and Ratheesh family and friends could not thank Dr.
Ajith enough for his magical recovery.
