Sujjy Ghosh has revealed that he had reached Abhishek Bachchan first to play a contact killer who threatened Bob Biswas in 2012 concerning ‘Kahaani’, but the actor did not film because of scheduling problems.
Then, Saswata Chatterjee played Bob Biswasu Lic agent who won attention as a cold-blooded contract killer.
Now, the trailer of spin-off films based on iconic characters has made everyone vibrant, but a little divided by Abhishek as Bob Biswas.
Abhishek Bachchan as Bob Biswas did not go well with the main part of the audience, who wanted to see the Saswata Chatterjee actor repeating the role he was abovalized.

He was too busy with his shooting schedule in Mumbai.
But, his wife Mohua Chatterjee said, “Abhishek looks good like Bob Biswas.
Good Saswata and I like acting.
We know that he does a good job.
Let’s see how the audience accepts now.”
