How the partition opened in a week after Punjab was divided

India’s independence law in 1947 released hundreds of millions of people from English work and lead to the creation of two new countries.
But in the midst of the Kiperan there was a tragedy of the partition – millions dead and transferred as Sikh, Muslims and Hindus migrated in bully across the newly pulled border in a few weeks after August 15, 1947.
The original British plan in June 1948 was suddenly taken to advance a year.
In mid-1947, it became clear independence would not produce united India.
Indo-Pakistan borders are taken along the religious lines.
But dividing punjab, the area in the center of the partition, is not a simple task.
‘Radcliffe Line’ which divides the province leaving important bags of Hindu population and Sikh in Pakistan and Muslim populations in India.
Although some government efforts to relieve population transfers, new leaders of children are not ready to prevent death and displacement followed.
About 1.5 crore people, afraid of the implications of religious minorities, removed from their homes on both sides of the border, and many of them remain victims of communal violence.
Estimates suggest anywhere between 2 lakh and 30 lakh killed.
Within a week following the Boundary Award announcement on August 18, the coverage at the Times of India documents how the partition is opened.
