We often think what should be eaten and what is not eaten when we get our weight and our skin.
While some foods can disrupt our metabolism, some can inhibit the skin.

This vegetable is full of minerals and help in the detoxification of the body so that keeps the skin shine.
They also help remove color changes and increase pale leather.
Acne has become a problem that must be faced by many people.
People with acne problems must control their oil intake and have lots of fruits and vegetables.
They have to eat foods that are rich in vit B.
Acne is often exacerbated because of the use of excessive masks.
Someone must remember using only non-alcoholic toner.
