Our feet are the most exposed to a moist and wet climate.
Mushroom infections, wet shoes, for some names, are some of the battles they bet.
With the rainy season ringing bells, let’s make a pampered session at a higher level house.
Beyond your daily skin care routine, and let your feet spoil goodness.
Here are some Footcare Monsun Tips.
1.
Keep them dry – the secret spell to soft feet allows them to play as defenders when you play forward and appreciate the rain.
Wet feet are susceptible to swelling, odor and fungi infections.
Therefore, it cannot be avoided that you take off wet shoes.
Dry at a light speed and just crack again.
2.
Barefoot is not an option – as much as you like feelings of wet grass, it is a sin for your feet.
Proximity to moisture multiply the probability of developing infection and warts.
Apply antifungal powder on dry legs and let them soak in the air before wearing shoes to come out.
3.
Good soak is the best foot spa – developing the habit of washing the right foot after an outdoor visit is a miracle.
With some antiseptic (alternative home: light shampoo / hot water and salt) with warm water, let your feet entertain.
It is recommended to follow this once a week for 10-15 minutes.
Don’t forget to pat it dry.
4.
Moisturizing with foot cream – Moisturizer is a golden rule for the whole body for healthy light.
Hydrated heels feel soft and nutritious.
Moisturize twice a day, in the morning and before going to bed, and keep the cracks (and allergies).
Always moisturize with clean and dry legs, it helps them to recover.
5.
Monsoon shoes – let’s end the footcare monsoon guide in style! Don’t step out in your daily shoe preferences – heels, sneakers etc.
But that doesn’t mean you have to throw the results for your style; Change ordinary heels with a heel or transparent block wedges, ballerina, some flip-flops or sandals.
It is important that the material is not worn with exposure to mud and water.
The basic rule is to assess your footwear requirements in terms of how your day looks like; The shrill wet sandals for the meeting are not.
The right material also prevents slips or falls, wounds or bite.
