Chandigarh: The government Haryana on Wednesday claims to have assigned 90 percent of the pressure swing adsorption oxygen plant (PSA) allocated by the Indian government.
Sharing information in this case, the official spokesman for the Ministry of Health said that Haryana took the lead in terms of oxygen and had assigned 36 PSA oxygen plants from 40 given to them, which was around 90 percent, and registered at Green Zone by the center.
A spokesman for sharing that the state government will prepare PSA oxygen plants like that at the CHC level too.
He said that with the availability of oxygen in health institutions into a necessity because of the Covid-19 pandemic, Minister of Chief Manohar Lal Khattar has assured that the PSA oxygen generator will be installed at the CHC level according to the blockage made by the center.
The rest will be filled with the state.
The state has established 36 PSA oxygen factories in a range of nine months, although in January, there are no plants like that in the state.
However, every civil hospital has one plant like that at this time.
The spokesman described that the Center had divided the country into a red, yellow and green zone which was directly proportional to the progress of the installation of PSA plants.
Countries assigned most of the allocated plants listed in the green zone.
