Gurgaon: Sector 23 residents have accused Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) dragging his legs in resolving disputes over land obtained for parks in the area.
Two arterial roads around the plot were closed due to litigation above the plot, which caused discomfort for them, said residents.
They also accused that the dilapidated building on the plot has become a den for anti-social elements, placing risky residents’ safety.
Residents recently sent a memorandum to Gurgaon HSVP administrators who seek their intervention in resolving this problem, which has been suspended for the past 17 years.
Col MS Yadav (Retd), a resident, said: “Although repeated requests to represent cases correctly in court, there are no results that can be equipped so far.
Public roads are blocked and sanitation around the disputed land provided.
Because it is a plot Is debated, the authority of the citizenship does not want to clean it.
“Residents said the building on the plot had been occupied by migrants and empty areas nearby used to defecate and bathe in the open.
“According to the layout plan, the land is part of the park this sector.
HSVP acquired a portion of the land and develop it into a park, but the rest under litigation,” said GP Chadha, another resident.
HSVP Jitender Administrator Yadav said, “The problem is told to residents.
I have been looking for a detailed report on this problem.
I will soon hold a meeting with them to discuss this issue.”
