HSVP restored the plot to Mrs. Haryana IG, court looking for paper

Gurgaon: The city court has directed HSVP to submit a document based on the recent canceled the backwardness of the 500 SQ pages in sector 52 at the same speed and recovering the same as the original owner – 86 years old mother from a police inspector General Haryana.
Retired Chief Engineer from Delhi Jal Board (DJB) who has built a house in a plot, challenging HSVP’s action in court, claiming that he had followed the process.
In fact, the intended plot was first allocated to someone named Vijay Kumar Chaurasia by HSVP (then Huda) in 2003.
A year later, the plot was transferred in the name of Sushila Devi, the mother of the IPS officer.
In 2008, the plot was transferred in the name Kamal Singh and Pankaj Kumar.
According to Sushila, Kamal and Pankaj had faked his signature to transfer plots with their names.
In 2009, the duo sold a plot to a woman named Bimla Bhargava.
In 2018, Bimla discussed the plot to his son Praveen Bhargav (former Head of the DJB engineer), who then built a house and moved to Gurgaon.
In his recent complaint to the police, Sushila accused him of visiting the plot (number 552-P) in Gurgaon two-three months ago and found a building built on it.
Furthermore, a FIR was submitted against five people at the conscious police station.
On September 7, Sushila filed a complaint with HSVP for the recovery of possession of plots in its name.
Within 24 hours after receiving a complaint, HSVP restored plot ownership to IG’s mother.
Departing without choice, the former DJB engineer approached the Gurgaon Court.
On Tuesday, he directed the authority to submit documents based on backwardness of the plot canceled and given remains in the eviction.
“The plot was purchased in accordance with the law, the house was built on it after obtaining the approval needed from HSVP.
What is my fault,” asked Bhargav.
When contacted, the Estate Officer-2 of HSVP (Gurgaon) Jitender Kumar said that “the problem is sub-too”.
