Gurugram: HSVP has spent more than 600 notifications to individual plot owners and around 50 Group Gurugram housing groups for delayed contributions.
Authority must recover around RS 372 Crore from this absenteeism as an additional fee and payment of balances for the plot gap.
Notifications have been issued for group housing groups in sector 43 and 52 and individual plot owners in sector 27, 28, 42, 43, 51, 52 and 57.
HSVP has threatened to take legal action and force a 10% penalty from waiting for contributions to the bowl if They failed to pay earlier.
Officer Estate-2 of HSVP (Gurugram) Jitender Kumar said the notification was issued in the last 12 days.
“We urge people to complete their delayed contributions or authorities will wear a 10% penalty.
After the penalty is imposed, it cannot be eliminated.
We will also begin legal action,” he said.
Previously HSVP had issued a notification to around 35 people in the sector 54, 55 and 56 for the recovery of the amount of improvement.
The authority also stopped the sale and purchase of property in this society until the contributions were delayed cleaned.
HSVP acquired 631 hectares in Gurugram in 1990 at prices ranging from Rs 50,000 and Rs 1.25,000 a hectare.
In 1996, the district court increased land compensation, which was later challenged in the Punjab High Court and Haryana.
In 2010, the Supreme Court revised the number to Rs 8.23 lakh per acre.
Residents said they had received a notification for the cost of an increase in February 2016, with a period of delayed period of 15% for 6,756 days with the effects of July 1997, without their error.
