HSVP takes a U turn, restore the plot to ex-DJB Chief Engineer

Gurugram: Almost a week after it canceled the backward plot in sector 52 and restored his ownership to the mother of IG Haryana Police IG, HSVP on Thursday pulling the order.
The development authority made U-turn after the City Court on Tuesday searched for a document based on which he had passed the order to cancel rehalling.
Civil Judge Anil Kumar also appointed a court commissioner and the police directed the police and income to help him restore the plot to Praveen Bhargava, a retired Chief Engineer from Delhi Jal Board (DJB).
Praveen, who has built a house in a plot, recently challenged HSVP’s action in court, claiming that he had followed the process.
During the trial on Thursday, HSVP submitted two letters in court.
In one letter, the authority said that the notification issued for a home holiday built in a 552p plot in the 52 sector was withdrawn and “his now remains with Bhargava”.
The intended plot was first allocated to someone named Vijay Kumar Chaurasia by HSVP (then Huda) in 2003.
A year later, the plot was transferred in the name of Sushila Devi, an 86-year-old IPS officer.
In 2008, the plot was transferred in the name Kamal Singh and Pankaj Kumar.
According to Sushila, Kamal and Pankaj had faked his signature to transfer plots with their names.
In 2009, Kamal and Pankaj sold a plot to a woman named Bimla Bhargava in 2009.
Four years later, Bimla discussed the plot to his son Praveen, who built a house on it and moved to Gurugram.
Based on Sushila complaints, Gurugram police have earlier this month registering a case and catching someone.
Next, in other complaints, HSVP restored his ownership to Sushila.
Judge Civic also asked Tehsildarto to ensure the recovery of Praveen property and direct it to videographs of the entire process to override further controversy.
The next hearing date is on September 28.
When contacted, the Estate-2 Officer of HSVP (Gurugram) Jitender Kumar said that the previous order had been drawn given the emergence of new facts.
“Now the problem is between two parties.
We will obey the commands issued by the court.”
