Greater Noida: multimodal logistics hub and transportation hub project in Greater Noida quickly get momentum.
The Great Noida Authority on Saturday continued a detailed project report to the government for the final approval, after his council meeting.
Gnida wants to facilitate the infrastructure and development of work around the Bodaki train station in Dadri, where the new train terminal has been planned.
Authority will develop skywalk, sidewalks, parking facilities and promote industrial and commercial growth, along with hotels and restaurants, in this region.
The CEO of authority, Narendra Bhoohan said, “The transportation and logistics center in the Dadri region will provide incentives to industrial growth throughout the city.
We take steps to improve the appropriate infrastructure in the region.” After ready, the Bodaki will act as a transit center for People traveling to the eastern part of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar and West Bengal.
For Dekongest Delhi and Anand Vihar, several trains will come from and end up in the Bodaki in the coming years, Gnida officials said.
In addition to the train station, the Metro station and the Interstate bus terminal have also been planned in the Bodaki.
The transportation hub will be ready in the next five years, Gnida official said.
In other important decisions, six new sub-stations (220 kv to 400 kV) have been approved by the Big Noida Agency.
New sub-stations will appear in the Ecotech 8, 10, 11, park-v knowledge, Amarpur and Jalpura, respectively.
The Board also gave approval to develop eight new industrial sectors in the city, which will be named Ecotech 7, 8, 9, 12A, 16, 19, 19A and 21.
Authority has taken over 450 hectares of 900 hectares needed to develop new sectors.
Meanwhile, private developers have been offered another six-month extension to complete their project.
