Ghaziabad: A 40-year-old woman was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly killing her husband with his girlfriend, who was also a dead man’s uncle.
Aneesh (45) was lost on Friday and his body was found in Masuri’s forested area the following day.
According to the police, on Saturday, about five hours after Aneesh’s body was found, his uncle Jaan Mohammad hung at his house in Hapur, 2 km from Masuri’s wife.
Iteansh and Jaan allegedly hatched plans to kill him so they could sell the land and buy a house for themselves with that money.
The police have recovered CCTV footage where Aneesh can be seen traveling towards Hapur automatic rickshaw on Friday morning.
During the investigation, the police found that Aneesh had come down near Jaan’s house that day.
Singh Singh, Sho, Masturi, said Aneesh’s wife told them that she had a relationship with Jaan for about five years and she used money regularly because aneesh income was not enough to run the family.
“About a week ago, Aneesh and Jaan’s wife planned the murder.
The woman sent Aneesh to Hapur on Friday said there were some work for him and he would be able to get Rs 15,000.
In Hapur, Aneesh met Jaan who took him to a quiet area and killed him , “he said, adding that the woman told the family that Aneesh came out to get some medicine and will be back soon.” The next day, Jaan was seen throwing some of the clothes into the canal.
When the police asked him, he could not answer correctly.
Then, He went to Hou-se and suicide, “said the Station House officer (SHO).
According to the police, Jaan’s wife and Aneesh had planned to sell nine BIGHA plots after killing him.
They want to buy a house in Hapur with the money and stay together.
“The plot was in aneesh and his wife’s name.
The woman wants to sell it but Aneesh is not ready to do it.
He and Jaan hatches plans to kill Aneesh so they can sell land.
They also improve the agreement with someone who is ready to buy it,” said a police officer From the Indian punishment code.
Now, Aneesh’s wife and Jaan’s name will be put in it and they will be ordered for murder, said an officer.
Rahat, Farhat and other men’s names will be removed from the complaint, he added.
