Agra: Mainpuri police on Tuesday dug Shamshad (32) in the Kurra area for the second postmortem 41 days after he allegedly forged and strangled, after the request accused of murder submitted before the district administration, claiming suicide victims.
Shamshad was allegedly beaten and strangled by his neighbors belonging to a different community when he “beat” his wife on June 15.
Four people were ordered to murder the complaint submitted by the victim’s brothers at the Kurra Police Station at the police station.
The first post-mortem report from the victim has confirmed the cause of his death as “asphyxia due to the stripes of ante-mortem”.
The defendant, however, approached Mahendra Bahadur Singh district judge, demanded a second postmortem.
DM confirms that the autopsy will be carried out for the second time by the doctor’s panel, and the procedure will be filmed for transparency.
