Dharwad: A man allegedly killed by his wife and lover in Mulamuttal Village in Dharwad Taluk on Tuesday.
The deceased is Bheemappa Karisidannavar, 33, a vegetable seller.
According to complaints registered by Him, Bheemaappa Kaveri’s wife cheated on her neighbor Shivu Nimbagi.
Bheemaappa also knows about that relationship but has chosen to remain silent.
Meanwhile, Kaveri and Shivu allegedly hatched a conspiracy to eliminate Bheemapa.
On Tuesday, Shivu hacked Bheemaappa to death using sickle.
Hearing Bheemaappa’s cry for assistance, the neighbors rushed to his house and found him lying in a pool of blood.
The two defendants were beaten by the police.
