Mangaluru: Dharmastala Police Station has been detained by a man on charges of killing his relatives in Devasa in the village of Rekya on Thursday.
According to the police, Santhappa Gowda, a 45-year insurance agent, left the house around 10am on Thursday.

He met relatively and neighbors Jaychandra, 52, who cleaned vegetation with the help of several workers.
Santhappa reportedly stopped and asked Jayachandra why he cleaned vegetation on the roadside.
Disgust with this, Jayachandra harassed him and then attacked him with sickle and escaped from the scene.
It was studied that the family had a property dispute for several years, which was alleged to be the reason behind the attack.
