Sindri: A 38-year-old autorickshaw driver has been arrested on charges of raping his small daughter for the past three months.
The driver has been sent to prison while the girl has been sent for a medical examination by Jharia police on Monday.
The problem was revealed after a written complaint was submitted by the mother of the 13-year-old girl, a class VII student, with the Jharia police station on Sunday.
The girl couldn’t complain when her father threatened to kill him if he told anyone.
According to his complaint, the mother said he arrested her husband in the round last week and saved her daughter.
He then warned him but he carried weapons like a gun and threatened to kill both if they revealed the incident to anyone.
On Saturday night, he again forced himself to the girl after that the mother decided to file a written complaint.
On Sunday, when the father came out, the mother and girl went to the Jharia police station and narrated their trials.
“His extermination increased on that day and he could do anything to us,” he told the police.
Then, the police founded a team to serble and lowered it on Sunday night.
“The police have submitted a case below Section 376 (F) of the IPC and Section 4 Pocso Law,” said Pankaj Kumar Jha Inspector from the police station.
